The Concept of Reason/Vernunft in the German and Bulgarian Linguistic Picture of the World

In the current article two perceptions of concept Reason are presented both in Bulgarian and German language-philosophical and linguistic.From point of view of cognitive linguistics the present concept is seen through the prism of theory of conceptual metaphor.George Lakoff and Mark Johnson are representatives of this theory.The presented metaphors are supported with examples, illustrating the way in which Human represents in verbal way the concept described and thought process connected with it.
