Ethical standards for publication in journal "Balgarska rech”

The Publication Policy of journal „Balgarska rech / Bulgarian Speech“ is committed to the application of international standards of publication ethics and aims to ensure compliance with good practices of ethical conduct at all stages of the publishing process, as established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (1) (COPE). The ethical standards we have adopted are based on the following major COPE documents - Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors (2) and Code of Conduct for Journal Publishers (3) (http://publicationethics.org/), and the guidelines for the work of all participants in the publication process are formulated as editorial extracts from major COPE documents - Kleinert, S., and Wager, E., 2011; Wager, E., and Kleinert, S., 2011.
The main principles enshrined in our publishing ethics are adherence to high standards in editorial activity, authenticity and relevance of published materials, objectivity and confidentiality in their evaluation in order to preserve and consolidate the journal's status as a prestigious forum for scholarly excellence in the fields of language culture, contrastive studies, socio- and ethno-linguistics, translational studies, etc.
