Tracing the origins, essence, and methods of establishment of the official-business style contributes to understanding the influence of various social, economic, cultural, and political changes on the language. After the Liberation of Bulgaria, numerous changes occurred regarding the linguistic state, which are closely related to the emergence and development of the official-business style. The sociolinguistic prerequisites for the development of this style have been thoroughly examined, revealing the mechanisms through which social factors impact the language and the role it plays in economic, cultural, and political contexts. There is a direct connection between these prerequisites and the emergence and development of this particular style, which is why its establishment in the Bulgarian language is analyzed across different historical periods.
